The space for your big day has the ability to set your wedding's tone, which is why choosing your site wisely is absolutely imperative. No pressure, right? The possibilities could get overwhelming, and exhaustion will inevitably build up. So let us help you in the decision-making process. We can help you choose a style that coordinates with the theme of the ceremony. Whatever theme you choose we will help set the tone right from the start.

• To hold the date, we require a non- refundable deposit 0f $150.00

• In Salon Services will include (at no cost) 6 White Balloons. Regular Coffee and Water for everyone in your wedding Party.

• For Wedding Parties of 6 or more we will close the Salon to accommodate any family and friends who want to join in the pre-celebrations and preparations for you special Day.

• At an additional fee we can provide donuts and bagels with sides of cream cheese, champagne, mimosas, Juice for children, fruit platters, chocolates, cheese and crackers platter, table cloths, napkins, cups, forks and spoons. Additional White Balloons We will take care of set up and clean up. Price for this service will vary depending on food choices and the number of guests.

Many of the wedding venues offer the Bride and the Wedding Party, a private room to get ready in. Our Bridal team will be happy to travel to the venue to do the hair and make-up. However, we also offer the choice to host the pre- wedding hair and makeup preparations at our Salon. If you choose this option the Salon would be closed to the general public and transformed into an elegant, inviting space. It will be a fun, stress free start to your amazing day. We offer a variety of packages that include decorations and refreshments, which will compliment your chosen theme. The studio is very large with multiple sitting areas and ample parking so if you would like to invite extended family and friends for coffee or a mimosa, please be our guest! Nothing makes us happier at Reflexions than seeing a happy bride so we strive for perfection because you deserve nothing but the best before you make your way down the aisle!

• Please advise your Bridal party that an 18% gratuity will be added to each service unless Bride informs us otherwise.

• If we need to travel to the venue there will be a travel fee of $100 if the venue exceeds 25 miles there will be an additional fee of $1.25 a mile based on current inflation.

• If you or anyone in the wedding party has naturally curly /textured hair, you must have your hair relaxed / blown out.

• Each guest must arrive to their appointment on time and with their hair washed and completely dried. If we need to blow dry the hair prior to the updo there will be extra time needed and an additional fee starting at $30.00.

• The Stylist you have a trial with will be the same stylist you have on the wedding day.

• The team of stylists will need to have valet parking provided at the hotels, so we can load and unload our equipment.

• There may be an additional travel fee if we are asked to go to two locations.

• Brides: We strongly recommend a hair and makeup trial before the wedding.

• Gentlemen: Good grooming and a great suit go hand-in hand.  Whatever the hairstyle you choose on your wedding day, it should be as tailored as your clothes, as strong and confident as your image.

• We have hair accessories available for purchase that can be reserved and paid for during your consultation.
